I’m Julianna, the pajama-wearing, bow-making mama behind Projects in Pajamas!

I'm a Northwest Indiana girl, born and raised, but I've always had a bit of wanderlust. I've been lucky enough to travel to some amazing places and even lived abroad for a few years. No matter where I've been, though, Northwest Indiana has always been home.

Before becoming a stay-at-home mom, I was a teacher. Now, instead of lesson plans and classroom chaos, my days are filled with toddler chaos, Coke Zero 🥤, and lots of faux leather, glitter, and tiny creative projects. Honestly, not sure which kind of chaos is louder. 😂

The name Projects in Pajamas came from a pretty accurate description of my life. I’ve always loved having a creative project going, and as a stay-at-home mom, there’s a very good chance I’m tackling it while wearing my favorite pajamas. Add in the fact that many of these bows are made during naptime, and the name just kind of stuck. Because apparently, cute bows and comfy pajamas are a perfectly acceptable business uniform. 😉

Every bow is handmade by me in my little corner of the world, with plenty of love, a little bit of glitter, and my Coke Zero sitting nearby.
